Brizo industrial designer Jordan Bahler recently sat down with chef Paul Qui, winner of Top Chef Season 9 and recipient of the James Beard Foundation Best Chef Award. Chef Qui discussed the differences between cooking at a restaurant versus at home and the tools he needs in both locations for success.
