Project Case Study 1: Bahamas Project “Turtle Pass”
Turtle Pass is one of my completed design/build projects in the Bahamas. This turn-key luxury home was successfully sold, highlighting how carefully planned projects can elevate your design portfolio while generating substantial income. Project Case Study 2: Bahamas Project “Porpoise Point”
Porpoise Point is my second design/build project in the Bahamas, currently in progress. This 3D rendering shows the luxury home before breaking ground, set on a stunning peninsula with sweeping views of Abaco Bay.
The project is expected to be completed and ready to sell by late January, offering a turn-key opportunity with luxury finishes throughout. From manmade beaches and outdoor living spaces to spacious interiors designed for six upstairs and four in the downstairs apartment, this project demonstrates how visualization and strategic planning create high-value, market-ready homes.
