There are many different flavors that remind us of the holiday season. What’s better than to create amazing cocktails to accompany the holiday season and to add some fun to the celebration? We’ve pulled together our top three holiday drink recipes for you to try!

Cheers to the Holidays

Eggnog Latte

What are the holidays without eggnog? Here’s a yummy drink recipe for those eggnog lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Eggnog (or soy eggnog)
  • 1/4 Cup Whole Milk (or soy milk)
  • 1/4 Cup Espresso
  • Ground nutmeg or cinnamon for additional flavoring (optional

In a pan, mix together eggnog and milk and heat up on the stovetop. (A microwave can be used as well). Pour the espresso into a mug and top with the hot eggnog/milk mixture. Then stir ingredients together. Sprinkle the drink off with ground nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired.

Cranberry Whiskey Cocktail

This cranberry whiskey cocktail is an original drink with a twist!

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Crown Royal Whiskey
  • 1 oz. Ginger Ale
  • 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish

Take a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Then combine liquids (whiskey, ginger ale, and cranberry juice) into the cocktail shaker and stir. Strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish the drink off with fresh cranberries.

Apple Cider Sangria

For those that like a fruitier drink or wine, this drink is perfect for you!

Ingredients

  • 3 Honey Crisp Apples, chopped
  • 3 Pears, chopped
  • 2 1/2 Cups Fresh Apple Cider
  • 1/2 Cup Ginger Brandy
  • 1 Cup Club Soda
  • 1 Bottle Pinot Grigio

Take a large pitcher and put in the chopped apples and pears. Over the fruit, sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar and the apple cider. Stir ingredients together. Pour brandy over the fruit and allow the mixture to marinate for no less than an hour, but no more than 4 hours. Then, add wine and club soda. Lastly, stir, chill, and add ice just before serving.
